To focus on special tasks, centres of competence have been founded to support the customers by offering them the best possible information and solutions in conjunction with the regional managers.

Using an established QM system, our committed employees in all areas develop optimised solutions for our customers. They are able to solve all upcoming problems with modern instruments.

Approximately 85% of the project volume is farmed out to certified sub-constructors who are required to satisfy our stringent requirements with respect to QM, site safety and quality of workmanship. Our responsibility is to plan, coordinate and supervise all the work on site. The remaining 15% is handled by our own technical staff who are posted to the companies to ensure that if necessary all work can be performed by our own employees.

This structure ensures the flexibility needed to react to constant changes in the labor market while preventing dependency on single subcontractors.
