» Wall Systems |
|
| Versatile: R&M wall systems | We differentiate between two different types of wall systems. In order to satisfy all the possible demands in the field of internal furnishings, several categories of these wall types are available, which can be configurated as single walls, double walls or multilayer walls. Each wall category has its application purpose and aim in order to precisely perform its task in the completion of the interior..
| | | | » Sandwich wall 25 – SW25 |
The SW25 sandwich wall is an alternative solution to the standard wall in situations where space and weight play important roles. It also has the B-15 fire classification. The assembly is based on the tongue and groove principle. The wall is connected to the floor using prefabricated U-shaped sections, available in a number of different lengths from the manufacturer. The sections are laid out and fastened onto the floor.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25 wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Double sandwich wall 25 - SW25 | Besides the SW25 single walls, the R&M product range offers SW25 double walls as well. According to customer requirements, the double walls can be produced with steel or lightweight aluminum layers. Both variants are B-15 and B-30 fire rated, respectively. With a mass of only 20.6 kg/m², the aluminum version is especially used when the weight on board plays an important role. If the 50 mm air gap between the walls is filled with low density insulation, the sound reduction can be increased up to 42 dB. Like for the SW25 single walls, the connection of the panels is based on the tongue and groove principle. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25 double wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Sandwich wall 25 - SW25NF | The SW25NF wall panel system is a sandwich construction that combines a B-15 fire classification with a low weight. By using the tongue and groove principle with an integrated tongue on one panel side, the SW25NF wall panel reaches a mass of only 15.6 kg/m² without losing structural integrity. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25NF wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Double sandwich wall 25 - SW25NFP |
The SW25NFP double sandwich wall has been developed to meet very stringent noise-insulation requirements when two adjacent compartments need to be separated. By perforating the backsides of each panel, the double wall reaches a sound reduction of 45 dB and a B-30 fire classification status. Like the SW25NF wall panel, the SW25NFP system is based on the tongue and groove connection principle. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25NFP double wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Standard corner panels - SW25/SW25NF |
The 25 mm-thick corner panels can be fitted into the wall panels SW25 and SW25NF to form a flush connection. This ensures an excellent finish, especially in areas with high aesthetic requirements, as there is no joint where the two panels meet. In addition to the standard dimensions of 150 mm per side and an angle of 90°, other dimensions and angles can be produced on request.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the standard corner panels for the SW25 and SW25NF sandwich and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Sandwich wall 50 - SW50 |
The SW50 sandwich wall represents the standard wall model. With a B-15 fire classification and a sound reduction index of Rw = 30 dB, this wall meets all requirements of a modern partition wall system. Its properties include optimum strength, achieved through its high-strength sandwich construction.
The design of the SW50 wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.
| | | | » Sandwich wall 50 - SW50NF |
If a 50 mm wall is required to have a B-15 fire rating in connection with a low weight, the SW50NF wall panel is the best choice. By using the connection principle with the integrated tongue, the panel achieves a mass of only 19.3 kg/m². The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.
A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW50NF wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standard.
